Inches. The person on the photograph is Fedor Karpovich Radchenko. He was awarded many awards during WWII for his political work. He was awarded the order of the Great Patriotic War 1st Class for offensive battles in 1945, he commanded the tanks of his battalion into battle, he was pointing out aisles in the minefields to the tanks and got heavily wounded, but he refused to be evacuated and continued to command the tank's pass through the minefields, only after completing his task he was evacuated.
