    Prior to removing lid, tilt and gently shake the TOUCH BEHOLD prime and set powder to disperse product into sifter. Twist lid to open.

    Touch YOUNIQUE setting brush to sifter to pick up desired amount of product. Apply product over face to prime, enjoying a burst of cool.
