Up for consideration, I have a lower unit taken from a 1990s Suzuki DT140 EFI outboard with powerhead damage. The lower unit is in good used condition. It shifts and turns smoothly. this is for an extra long shaft motor (25"). The gear oil didnt look milky or show signs of metal shavings. Theres a part of the cavitation plate that was repaired at one point it appears. I believe this will fit all 115/140 HP 2 Stroke suzuki outboards with the 25" shaft.
