Up for consideration, I have a lower unit taken from a 1990s Suzuki DT140 EFI outboard with powerhead damage. The lower unit is in good used condition. It shifts and turns smoothly. this is for an extra long shaft motor (25"). The gear oil did look a bit milky so it may need new seals. It did not show signs of metal shavings. Theres a part of the cavitation plate has a crack closer to the end of the lower unit near the driveshaft. It doesnt affect anything but you may wany to firm it up with some jbweld, or possibly even weld it. I believe this will fit all 115/140 HP 2 Stroke suzuki outboards with the 25" shaft.
