nissan 9.9 lower unit. The gear oil looks clean, there’s no water or metal shavings in it. The unit shifts forward neutral reverse good. From the top of the water pump to the end of the drive shaft is 19 1/2 inches. From the case housing to the top of the shaft is 21 1/2. This is a good working ready to use lower unit. I would recommend replacing  the water pump before installing. This is from a 1987 Nissan NS 9.9 B2 two stroke outboard. The last picture shows the model tag and serial number of the engine it came from. It’s a different color paint than the rest of the engine so I’m guessing it’s from a newer engine or an oem replacement.
