Costume dating 18th or 18th century.
9" x 9" white congress cloth.
Mesh count looks like 24. Design size: 5"x 5 1/4"
Yarn all in original unopened bag. Picture shows blue background but silk is more of a dark emerald green. Booklet with instructions has 16 pages. No needles. No stretcher bars. No pastel sewing thread. I included some tracing paper used for watercolour painting.  Test before you use  on the fabric.
