    Description

    This lovely antique Art Nouveau pendant/brooch was purchased many years ago in Notting Hill, London. It centers an oval cut amethyst measuring 5.3mm x 4.25mm or approximately 1/5 ct, set in a beaded bezel.The fan shaped gold work narrows to a leafy stem. Three white pearls (probably natural) are suspended from a gold festooned chain. The original C clasp is hallmarked GV & Co and 9ct. The pendant measures 1 1/4" wide and 1 3/4" long and is in excellent condition. It is a beautiful, wearable piece of antique Art Nouveau jewelry which is getting so hard to find.
