For sale is one lower unit for Mercury Optimax Outboards.
This lower unit is in great condition. It has been disassembled and internally inspected. All of the gears and bearings are in perfect condition. There are all new seals and we put in a new impeller.  This case has been pressure tested and does not leak.  The skeg is perfect.  This lower unit is from freshwater Wisconsin and there is no corrosion.
The Mercury part number is 1667-9011J39
The casting number is 1667-9010 C8.
The drive shaft measures 28 inches from the case (base of the water pump housing)
Drive Shaft Splines = 17.
The prop shaft has 15 splines.
For use with some Mercury and Mariner DFI Optimax XL Shaft outboards with 75-125 HP.
