150/175/200 HP OEM Yamaha Outboard 25” Lower Unit Gear Case 1990-2008 RH
This is an OEM factory lower unit from a RH “right hand” standard rotation 2003 Yamaha 200 HP HDPI 2.6 L outboard motor. It is Yamaha part # 64E-45300-21-8D.  It fits 150/175/200 HP “XL” model 2 stroke carb, EFI/OX66, HPDI 2.6 liter motors from 1990-2008 with a 25” shaft. NOTE:  A 25” shaft motor has a 27” drive shaft length from the top of the gear case housing (not the water pump) to the top of the splines.  The lower unit came off of a motor with less than 300 hours.
This lower unit was re-sealed and fully serviced (pressure tested, gear lube inspected and replaced, new water pump and zinc).  It is ready to bolt on and go.
